How long does it take to see results?+

Many clients notice a shift within the first one or two sessions. Deeper transformation typically unfolds over four to six weeks, but every person’s timeline is different.

Is EFT backed by science?+

EFT has been studied in research settings, including studies of stress and emotional wellbeing. The work offered here is complementary and does not replace medical or mental-health care.

Do I need any prior experience?+

No. Bonnie guides complete beginners through every step, at a pace that feels supportive and clear.

Can I reschedule a session?+

Life happens. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to move a session, and there is no penalty. A late cancellation or missed appointment may be treated as a completed session — the Refund Policy sets this out in full.

What if I’m skeptical?+

That’s completely normal. A free consultation gives you space to ask questions and decide whether the approach feels right for you, with no pressure.
